Getting FoS ect from one bnet to another?

Hello Guys and girls,
I have 2x battle.net accounts with FoS on both that I want on one.
I did transfer one of the bnet accounts to my other (merging) done by blizzard.
However the achivements and FoS didnt come with the merge only the mounts, I know this was changed when Mop got released but is there any way around this?
If i where to transfer one of the char that got the FoS onto the other bnet would that account get it?

If you transfer from battle.net to battle.net

Mounts/pets/HKs/account wide achievements DONT transfer with the character
Character specific mounts/achievements/feats DO transfer with the character

Yes, if you transfer the character that earned the FoS to another account those character specific achievements go with it. Perfect example is Level 90 Tauren Druid | WoW World of Warcraft Armory Profiles | Masked Armory this character. I transferred a character to this account then decided against it, and transferred him back later on but the FoS stayed on this account.
