I want to sell some gold to one of the goldbuyers on the website, and acording to the feedback, the buyer is safe. But what im worried about is Blizzard. How big is the chance they'll ban you?

Pretty big if you are stupid and trade it from main accountIt depends also on amount
Use trade account and guild bank/auction house
Undoubtedly there is a chance they will catch you, so if you value your account I highly suggest getting a battle chest account and xferring the gold to there, then sell the gold to the buyer.
put your gold in a guild bank.
Get on VPN on kill account, widthdrawl gold. sell it.
"the true wow experience is Maclone"
I got the same problem, all my gold is on my main account, in my "botting guild".
Does it matter if i invite the battlechest account with my main account or should I be more careful ?
I always sell on my main account I expect to get banned soon or later but I don't think they will perma ban you for selling gold. I'm sure you can convince them to reduce it to only a 72 hour ban.
A friend of mine get perm banned on all his accounts ( 4 ) for selling 32k =), he didnt use a VPN of course.
Depends on who you are selling to I guess.
Sold 2mil gold in July from main account to several buyers, still not banned. I didn't use VPN or anything. Guess it depends on luck.
You need to take steps that are found all over this site like talking with your buyers in game (of course not about the selling gold) trading pets or tmog items for the gold, using a gbank and much more.
