Merging Bnet & getting mounts?

Hi guys,

Need your expert help here. I have two bnet accounts (legit accounts, both mine, in my full name etc).

Account A has over 200 mounts on it.
Account B has 140 mounts on it (but one in particular I don't want to loose that A doesn't have - Invincible)

I've being told and "warned" by GM's that if I move Account A onto Account B's Battle Net then I'll only have the 140 mounts, and I'll loose the 200 mounts from Account A.

But others have told me I'll be able to get all the old mounts from my old account - which is true? Anyone have experience with this?

Would I be safer to make a new WoW2 on the Account A and pay for a transfer of a toon or two onto the WoW2 license, and then move that WoW2 license from Account A to Account B to see if I get the 200 mounts?

If you only transfer individual characters the only mounts that will transfer are mounts awarded by an individual achievement, (Kor'kron war wolf, Albino Drake, Twilight Harbinger, etc.)

I am not 100% sure what will happen if you can convince Blizz to transfer the entire account A license to account B, but i would think it would bring all the mounts since the entire license is being moved.

Few months ago, blizz forced me to make a new battle.net account. They moved my wow license from the old bnet to the new bnet account. When i logged in with my new battle.net account my moved wow license had everything on it (mounts, achivements) except pets. The only pets that were moved were the ones that you normally pay for, or are obtained from some WoW events. On the old battle.net account, i had a battlechest account with a lvl 50 char on it. That one was left with all the original stuff (mounts, pet, achivements). So in a way, i kind of duped my mounts, but not my pets.
But like i said, this WoW license move, was made under their request, i don`t know if this applies to a customer request.

Okay i havve alot of accounts and I can thusly tell you how it works for sure. Only the account that you are transferring to will keep its items because the transferred account will completely lose its license and thereby everything wiith.it. With a full license transfer you will keep nothing. You will lose every mount and pet nomatter what they are i have done this kind of transfer regularly lol. Now there is a way all be it expensive to mix and match if you transfer each toon by themselves off the licence then each toon will keep its original achs learned mounts learned pets ect, but because the achs were learned on the account you transferred it also should stay on that account, ergo you will end up with two sets, for exapmle if you transfer the one toon that has invincible over then both accounts should be able to enjoy it. Very very rarely will a gm make exceptions for this and will tell you that upon transferring you can lose all your things, an account transfer or bind is much similar to toon transfer in the fact that you can't have mail in box or it will be lost,auctions ect. Only keeps whats on your person or bank. so if you regulary play both accs transfer the toon with invincible then get it on both accs, or if you onyl want to play one acc then transfer indivdually every toon that has something worth keepiing, or just decide whats more important the loss of 140 mounts or keeping invinvible

I forgot sometimes the system breaks and gives you duped mounts but it is not suppose to happen you are suppose to lose them all upon transferring a license so dont count on gettign lucky. as blizzard will not reverse the acc transfer I have had it done once but it took me an 8hr phone call with them telling me they couldnt do it, (i got very lucky with the gm i had and because of what the gm said to me before i transferred) But once done not many gms will reverse it as they are not supposed to

move a character from b to a and you will get all the achievements combined
merging the actual bnet accounts wont work

Confirmed that only mounts gained from ACHIEVEMENTS were brought across - mounts that were raid/dungeon drops etc were NOT brought across

So I gained like: Twilight Harbinger (Dragon Soul Achievement Mount), but did not gain Life Binders Handmaiden (Heroic Deathwing Drop)

Disappointed in a way, but yeah.

Did you move the account or a character like i said?

Moved just a character over - now my account looks like a hack job... so many rare mount achievements but not the mounts to go with it lol

I mean, I could try to move that character back to see if Invincible goes over with her, but yeah...
