New addon to make a 10-15man BG premade?

Could be 2 premades, quing at the same time until they pop together? Or maybe some ip blocking tool that basically forces blizzard to pair them.
I would like some news on this too.

I am asking if there's a similar addon as AV Preform Enabler that works again? Also heard rumors about AV Preform Enabler still works on russian realms?

there must be something,seems to be a lot of Russian pre-mades on my battle group ATM (chamber of aspects).Would love a tool to make our own pre-mades and level the playing field :-).
