WoD Model Viewer

I'm developing a project -- a webcomic adapting my characters' backstories. My intent was to use a combination of WoW private servers, PhotoShop, MS Paint, and a Warlords of Draenor model viewer in order to pull this off; however, I have yet to see any progress on such a viewer. Does anyone know if this is something that's being worked on? I checked wowmodelviewer.net for any news about this but the author for the current program has been quiet for a while -- either MIA, or overwhelmed by the CASC file system, or both.

If anyone can help me out here, that'd be great.

You can use old WMV/WoW machinima studio with new files. Just extract them from WoD with CASCexplorer from Tom_RUS https://github.com/tomrus88/CASCExplorer. Repack them with Ladik001´s MPQExplorer MPQ Archives - Downloads (to mpq archive) and open them in WoW Machinima studio and manualy fix textures. Or you can edit DBC files and open them in WMV
