I mentioned The Undermine Journal in trade and had a guy whisper me because he has no idea what it was.
could you share how you are making 45k a day?
Ill be posting a guide in a few hours I stream like 24/7 though about to start a challenge 1~90 + gold cap in under two months with no outside / alt help
I struggle to make gold![]()
link the guide once complete please
never mind.
The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem.
Check out my HonorBuddy 101 Guide!
The only way I am struggling with gold atm is my paranoia for getting banned... without botting or anything fishy. Coinbag if you are botting and /flex here with gold... you are naive. If you are not botting and making that kind of gold... you are also naive, sooner or later you will be banned. Nope, even if you are not botting.
When is enough auctions enough? Never.

I actually also have an avg income of say 30-45k p/day in sales, maybe half that in pure profit, sometimes more -- but I also understand that not everyone has the same level of drive to do it. I also have a routine that I do everyday that takes roughly 30 + minutes, and no longer than 1 hr. A majority of people are not going to log into a game and run the AH and manage professions and do w/e for an hr a day to pull this kind of income.
It did not happen overnight.
There is no get-rich-quick solution in WOW. What really makes people gold is a consistent plan. There are 100 different ways to make money in the game, you just need to find a few that you are ok with building a routine on. That's really it. Anything that can make you more efficient is key to keeping you from getting burnt out of the routine. Stuff like TSM 2.0's endless possibilities of configuration for AH buying/selling, auto mass mailing configured to various toons with the click of a button, lists lists and more lists!!! Learning how to negotiate better deals with people...
Eventually every little inch of progress you make just adds to the pie.
Overall I find the game has largely become stale. I still LOVE pvp, but queing for a BG now is a 15+ minute affair which kills motivation to play the game. Thus, the only thing really keeping me going is the fun of the gold grind and being a goblineer!
Again, I am not gonna be arrogant and say it is easy to get started though. I won't lie to you, it is ONLY easy now because I have already put in the effort to configure everything and learn the trade after years of doing it. However, I will say that it is not that hard to get started and the only thing that really separates the haves and have nots of money making is the people willing to put in the effort to learn... to read the gold making blogs, to understand what The Undermine Journal can do for you, to work with addons like TSM 2.0 and so on.
I hate reading this, I make no gold yo![]()
Am I not destroying my enemies
when I make friends of them?
There are techniques that make you gold fast and there are techniques that make you gold slow, some you have to invest a lot of gold in and wait for your investments to pay off. I like to make quick gold every day. But I farm, myself, around 4-5 hours and I make between 20k to 50k a day.
The guide I posted here is what I do at least 8-9 times a day, sometimes even more.
http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...-of-saron.html (Battered Hilt grinding in Pit of Saron)
I've been doing this over 2-3 weeks now and I've made around 500k gold.
In addition to that, nowadays you can sell everything possible, so as a tank I sell flex boosts. Flex 1 = 8k / Flex 2 = 8k / Flex 3 =9k / Flex 4 = 10k / Garrosh Normal = 25k
I take 2 people that I'm boosting with 13 ppl flex group and thats instant 16k profit minimum.
Once a week Garrosh Normal kill that 25k.
I sell 1-2 Battered Hilts a day for 6-8k a piece.
Etc, etc, etc...
Making gold comes easy to me, and I became so robotic about my Battered Hilt grinding route that I don't even pay attention to it while I'm doing it, watching TV, shows, movies while doing it so it doesn't even feel like I'm spending all this time grinding.
Hope this helps somebody!
Take care,
Merciless
