So the other day, I was at Sunsong ranch and noticed that I run over occupied soul with the Master Plow and the virmen would come out stunned and reduced to 30% hp.

This is common knowledge, but what I learned is that until they actually hit you, you are not in combat and even mounting is possible.
I can't saw how useful this will be for you, but I suppose if you want to kill 16 plots of virmen at once, mount up and flying into the air would work as the mobs would reset.
