The screenshots are way to small, and you can't even understand what you're looking at...

but look at the bottom right hand corner at the tooltip
they never changed the name of whatever he has his mouse over, and it has its original name

Example: some doors in a place i'm not even going to say, due to i know somone would "coincidently" post it, but theirs a place where none of the doors have names, and they're named things like "Opening_Door_001" (whatever) and things when you highlight over it

You can open the chest, which opens instantly (no casting bar) and is empty.

Nessy is not attackable.
