Challenge: Chinese client on US servers

I have seen many gold farmers use Chinese clients on US servers however searching on Google for a few hours I could not find an up to date method. So I am seeing if anyone here is able to get the Chinese client on US servers (Chinese language pack) on enUS. After 2 days I have given up, however I believe the secret to changing this lies within the Config.wtf file. When you set the locale to "enCN" it will set your client to go to the zhCN system which includes a language change, however it forces you onto that server/realm list. I have talked to many people who would also like to figure this out and I will give a cookie to the first person to give a guide or teach me how to do so. Also I would imagine that this would work the same with other languages that aren't in the original language pack for US servers. Russian, German, Korean, etc. (Sorry if I am posting this wrong but I couldn't figure out anywhere else to post this)
