Actually according to Blizzards 'Official' stance it is impossible for anyone else other than them to copyright material related to their game. They own all intellectual rights as well as all publishing rights. I don't see how someone who is posting information contained from the game could claim copyright when Blizzard has already proven it's stance in court several times over.
