[Question] Instant respawn mob areas

Are there any instant respawn mob areas that grind as fast as the old embersilk farm in twilight highlands (The one that was nerfed recently) that are wotlk or higher lvl? I'm asking because i want to level a friend while he is afk. We did it in deepholme for a while 40xp a mob at lvl 19 but they dont respawn fast enough really. Even if it is an area that i have to quest to unlock.
