In the today's release Blizz has brought back Druid's flight form... and indeed you can fly in it

Mind you - flying mounts still keep you on the ground, so knock yourselves out with flapping birds, while you still can!

How do you know this will be fixed soon? Maybe blizzard decided to slowly allow flying on the Alpha. Starting with class advantages

It's still working fine, catch is: you have to use travel form INSIDE your garrison. Only there you'll change into flight form, not a regular travel one:

gotta figure out how to get IN the alpha first :P apparently ya'll know something I don't lol.

I tell ya what, seeing these pics would and should normally intrigue me.. they just don't. Not anymore. It looks like more of the same. You would think they would realize the game needs a refresh across the board. Instead of adding some levels and making loot yet easier to get .. I would like to think they would do some kind of refresh ala EQ-Luclin.

If everquest did it after 4 years.. why are we in like year 10 of WoW with the same tired graphics. Now I know what your thinking, graphics don't make the game. And your right. They don't, which is why wow has retained 50% of its playerbase after all these years. However, I can guarantee you that the number of people returning/excited for the xpac would triple If their was a graphical overhaul. (I understand its a tremendous amount of work - which is why these things usually become the focus point of the xpac itself)

Anyhow, im getting off topic. If I had to pick an xpac I was least excited about, this one would be it I used to be the guy who preached about having alts... how could you possibly have time for more than one character. Ive now become the guy who actually plays 3 mmo's simultaneously. Jes aint the same as it used to be. Hoping Pantheon comes w/ the thunder.

You get into alpha(beta) by being chosen by Blizzard, or being relative/friend/famous streamer/youtuber.

But if they would waste time on improving the graphics drastically, they wouldn't be able to bring us content. Since graphics aren't content, and remember, graphics doesn't make good gameplay. Even looking now, seeing what they promised at Blizzcon, then now saying they wont deliver everything they promised or changed it for the worse because they just can't handle it. So I don't think they'll ever be able to pull this off, no matter how much they try. They're greedy and don't wanna waste much money on this game, they'd rather pay some shitty developer 1$ then a better one 1.5$, or let them work harder and pay them more, just saying. :-)

That's a lot of assumptions. Throwing money at a game doesn't help it become better. Hiring competent staff does and I bet they have high standards.

LOL, just use the sandbox it's the same world you can just explore faster... without npcs.
