Will trading characters transfer the mounts?

Say someone has an account with invincinble + a few other hard to get mounts. If they make a new toon and level it to level 20 or something (whatever the minimum level required to transfer is), could someone theoretically buy that character, transfer it to their account and learn all the mounts that character had? And if they did try and get their character back, would you lose all the mounts it brought with it?

Account transfers require the account info (Name, address, etc) to be the same on both accounts
So, no.
And if you made a new account with the same info, then they can still get their account back easily, and you'd get banned.

He didn't ask for license transfer but character transfer.

But the answer is no. There's even a warning right before you transfer a character overboard.
