Removing parental controls?

Hey there OwnedCore Forums! I struggle with removing my parental controls, as I am not over 18 yet, and someone has hacked my account and set up parental controls. Blizzard claim that it is a legit setup and not someone who has hacked me (i've been hacked several times). So I wonder what can I do in order to get my parental restrictions removed (Planning on buying Tyrael's charger and some hs cards)

The only way to do it is to send in ID.

About Tyrael's Charger:
Since you are Asia I assume, you should be able to buy a code from a different account and use the code on your main account.
Unless you cant add any codes with Parental Control, than just ignore me.
