Trying to Share A Quest To A Lower Level

Hey folks,

My buddie just realized he has a grandfathered quest on his 10 rogue (Centaur Bracers) with valuable items for a level 10 twink.

The quest was once obtainable for level 10s back in Cataclysm, but now has a requirement level of 15.
We've done some testing and have found that it has no pre-requisites (shared it on a random toon lvl 15+ and worked)

I was wondering if any veterans out there would know of an exploit that would permit this quest to be shared to another level 10 (i.e. an instance that has old coding, phasing, etc)

The only solution I have so far would be to contact a GM and falsely explain to them that I was questing with my buddy and for some strange reason it won't let me take the quest, but it let him (Proof thats its obtainable at level 10), and that maybe the GM could give it to me. Cuz ya know, it would suck to not be able to level up with my friend :,(

There is a quest sharing hack but u need to be in the level range. if the files indicate that the quest must have a minimum level of 15, then the only way to share something is thru the hack and with the level requirement. So he's just a lucky duck in this case
