I just spoke to Hawker and asked howcome their forums are down and if they have an ETA.

Reason why they are down: Their host had a DNS and a hardware failure.
ETA: Unfortunately, they cant give one at the moment.
TRIPWIRE: No, this doesn't affect tripwire so, happy botting.
