Rested XP in the Plaguelands [5.4.8]

I was questing last night in the Western Plaguelands on my Horde Mage and found that anywhere I go in Western Plaguelands grants rested XP. This was after completing like 8-10 quests in the zone, some at Andorhal, some at Bulwark(Tirisfal) and both the Enthralled Val'Kyr quests at the one camp.

Yeah, it was happening to me last week while leveling an alt, i'd kill a mob and the rested would fade then reapply itself. This carried on with every mob i killed until i left the zone. I thought maybe the caravan buff you get that gives you 2% xp was bugged.

It seems that this is affecting Eastern Plaguelands as well, as the caravan buff gippy speaks of is only available there.

After more testing, it seems this only lasts during current login session, and also not through load screens. Also, going into an inn and leaving removes it as well.
