Could Blizzard Ever Actually Go After Gold Sellers ?

That's what I'm legitimately wondering.. I'm not concerned.. just curious..

It may not be worth it money wise.. cost of courts & all that.. understood..

They're more than happy to send C&Ds to bot & hack devs..

So I just want to know if they could..

I realize in the US anybody can sue anybody for anything so sure.. it could happen..

Has anyone spent enough time thinking about it though to know if gold sellers are actually doing something criminal..

Or would it be a sort of case that would need to set that precedent ?

Honestly, gold sellers help stimulate the game as much as they ruin it. Those guys who would normally give up when they can't "pay to play" turn to gold sellers for a quick break at getting rich. Just look at how many people turned to honorbuddy after PQR was disabled, similar concept.

What I'm trying to say, blizzard could go after anyone the so choose EASILY. They're the biggest MMORPG game in the world (LoL doesn't count). Gold sellers are helping the game and still paying that $15/month blizzard relies on.
