My friend can't log into his ownedcore account. The account keeps locking whenever my friend tries to log in to it.

Its should only lock twice tbh, max 3 times. Is he not getting it locked by changing his ip?

By that, do you mean he should be, or shouldn't be changing his IP?

Just send him a link with resetting password and you should be fine.
And of course he shouldn't change his IP.
