How do I get in touch with someone who is now using my sold account?

Anyways, what is sold is sold altought it isn't sin to ask. And even if it was said, I'd let that acc go.

No, you just don't take something you sold back. It's almost like keeping the extra key for your car when you sell it, so you can take it back if you regret selling it. It doesn't work like that, and it's stealing. He sold his account, and the buyer paid for it. It's just not his any longer.

That is true but under agreement you are not allowed to sell account since it doenst belong to you at all ( or something like that ). I'm not saying he should recall the account,but he can try to do lots of things. Like making characters on that realm and asking people if they know him, he can follow character migrations on wowarmory and see alts connected to that characters if it was uploaded, he can use mail/name and search FB and other community sites, he can use commands like inurl:"site" and his email to search example inurlwnedcore mail ( you can try without @ )... He can try that with his nickname if he remembers it like inurl:twitter.com Eryxon and i can see that you have twitter account....

Oddly enough, last week I lost an account i bought on here after playing it for 14 months. Kid called blizz up and said it was stolen account. I lost the account.

I would just call blizz get it back through CD keys, give em some bullshit story that you quit x amount of years ago and not able to get on the account etc, if you have armory the chars and they are still there but due to not being active you get Oops then clearly he don't play em, but if he does still play that account once you taken it back then you should defo give it back as its no longer yours, its worth a shot imo.
