I was just thinking of this exact same idea and I was about to make an elaborate post about it on this general board but it appears you've already done so. This is exactly what i've been looking to do.

I don't have skype but:
Server: US-Bleeding Hollow
Horde/Alliance: I have 90s on both

What I can offer is a high-pop realm to farm bloody coins on or get your celestial kills. Most rares are usually down but on timeless isle they get called out pretty fast and there's always people to help down the bigger rares like evermaw.
