    BOT account mount learning

If you were to set up a bot account, grind gold up then buy mounts and use them (therefore making them available to your other accounts as well) would that risk the safety of your main account?

Quite the opposite, if it's on your battle.net there's a significantly higher chance of your main getting banned too versus botting the gold and xferring it to your main eventually.

I've done this before picklesworth, my main account never got banned, I still have the spec tiger, magic rooster, nether rocket, and blazing hypogryph. It's not often they'll ban an account that's not involved with botting. I may also add, I said low, not impossible.

That's fine for your experience, but for the sake of the question the risk is higher than having a separate battle.net Not saying it will 100% be banned, but from speaking with people who bot professionally and hearing how they investigate tickets, there's a bit of risk associated with associating battle.nets with botting.

He's not botting professionally mate, he's just using a personal account to get his main account some goods.
