Account selling and character recalling

Hey, basically what I want to do is transfer my main away to another account and sell the original account with my alts on since the achievements and mounts also remain on the original account.

My question is, can the person I sell the account to recall my main to the original account? If yes, is there any way to prevent that?

Yes, but i believe they need your personal info to do so.
If the account is not ORIGINALLY yours, then do not bother doing craziness.

As long as the characters are on different accounts, the new owner would need to answer secret question etc to move the character back. There is always a possibility he mange to manipulate a GM to move it back for him though, with a properly convincing story, but I consider the chances for it being doable extremely slim.

The account is mine, my name and everything, I have the original boxes even. The buyers I've found ask for a copy of my ID though, hence my concern about the recall. Thoughts?

The main reason I want to get my main off the account is that I got banned for selling gold a month ago, turned it around into a 3 day suspension, and I want to keep selling gold. This way I could cover the loss for the new account and transfers and make some profit.
I gotta ask tho, if I get banned again for selling gold, second time they won't turn it around into a suspension will they?

Personally, I would NEVER EVER send someone I don't know a picture of my ID.

Black out some parts of your ID such as your SSN or whatever number they use for identification. Alongside that, keep the keys you use on the new account. In case you engage in recovery wars (highly unlikely), which means that both you and the other person fight over the account by submitting "I got hacked" claims, this is what you do:

Take your ID and your passport/drivers licence, put them next to your face, and bite todays newspapper with date clearly visible with cd key written on the paper. Send an image like that, the other person won't be able to counter it. It's literally a measurement contests, it all comes down to who can provide more proof they are the owner before Blizz gets sick and locks it down forever.

So yeah, most likely wont happen, if it does, you know what to do.
