Thinking about offering a power leveling service. Beginner questions.

I'm interested in offering a power leveling service to WoW players and I have some general questions about the process.

    1. Is there an age requirement? I'm 17 years old and I'm curious if this is a problem.
    2. I'm thinking of offering a 1-90 service (I'll manually level through questing during the whole process) for around $40. Seeing as I'm not that reputable. Is this a fair price?
    3. I believe I can level 1-90 in about 6-9 days. With or without BoA. Is this a good time frame?
    4. I'm inexperienced when it comes to the lockout Blizz does to accounts when someone from a different IP address signs into someone's account. Can anyone give me some idea of what to do if this happens?
    5. Is there any kind of IP hiding program I should be using when I level an account to avoid any sort of ban from Blizz?
    6. I only know of PlayerAuctions.com to offer my service. Is there a forum on ownedcore or some other website I can advertise?

Thank you to anyone who can answer any of these questions.

Just a side note, here's some things about me that might help when answering these questions.
I'm out of school at the moment so I have a LOT of time on my hands. I literally just eat, sleep, play WoW (and other games), workout (I play DDR :P), and socialize with my gamer friends. Even though it's just me that'll be taking an order at a time I can reach the time frame I'll give to people depending on their orders. I can't work because in Cali you need a permit from school if you're under 18 and I'm out of school sooo... yeah. This is just a way to make some money for me. I can be on Skype the whole time if the person wishes to check on the progress because I read that the person shouldn't log into their account during the leveling process. Maybe even offer some sort of Fraps video update and send the video file via Skype? I'll have Voice and everything if that's any different.
I'm not in any way an amateur when it comes to WoW. I started playing when I was 12 and I've been playing since. I currently have 3 90's that I play on frequently and 80's of each class that I leveled in WoTLK but stopped playing them because the 3 classes filled each role I needed for my guild. So I know each class as of 5.4 when it comes to leveling.

Thinking about offering a power leveling service. Beginner questions.

    1. Many payment services require you to be 18 to create an account - Skrill and PayPal are good examples of this.
    2. Yes
    3. Yes
    4. Ask the account owner to give you the link from their email to change the password.
    5. Search the internet for a VPN. Try to avoid free ones.

    1. Usually nobody cares.
    2. It sounds about right, make sure to make manual leveling your main selling point (emphasize you don't bot it)
    3. You should be able to do it faster, it sounds okay to me, but I'm not a powerleveling customer. Check some guides =)
    4. They will lock it immediately when you log it, customer needs to attempt to unlock account, get password reset link, send it over to you so you can change pass from your IP. If you don't, if the customer changes password and you log it, you risk getting it locked again.
    5. You're better off not using any VPN or anything similar. Much better off.
    6. Here is the appropriate forum for selling stuff.

On a side note, offer first few customer discount etc so you get reputation as a powerleveler. Make it so that customers can see your progress, either run a on-demand screenshot software (simple app hooked to whatever.com, customers log in, press "take ss" and see what you are doing), or on-demand twitch, skype sharing, whatever. It's all good =)

There was a bit too much competition. I didn't think starting my own service would work out so I'm looking for anyone who might hire me for their own service at the moment.
