Icecrown raf leveling, still worth?

Is it still quick way to level up my RaF? I was going to create 2 DK's raffed together and kill the mobs in the Icecrown with my 90 lvl char.

Depends on how long you want to spend leveling them. The vykrul area is alright, the dark chapel place is alright too.

Well I was wondering how fast the leveling in Dark Chapel is compared to for example instance running or questing? It's much easier to stay in one place and get XP instead of running instances/quests.

It's pretty quick up to about 70 or so (like faster than random instances depending on queues and faster than questing).
Quickly boost run through a few dungeons after 70 and its golden.

I tried it the other day, non recruited and it was garbage.
I think the exp has been nerfed.
Also it was impossible to hit anything when mob tagging at lower levels.
