Account transfer bans.(question)

My question is a little confusing so I apologize in advanced.


So a long time ago I played WoW and decided to give my account to my brother upon quitting WoW. He decided to take it upon himself to transfer over my shaman(back during Wotlk) to his main account leaving my account without a shaman. If I were to tell blizzard that my account was compromised would they ban my brothers account and return my shaman to me.

I am trying to avoid his main account getting banned, however I would like to have my shaman back.

If I were you, I'd just wait till WoD to get an instant 90 or lvl one as a healer with dungeon queue.

A transfer is ~20euro, which counts for less than 40k gold nowadays. Any decent lvl 90 can get 40k in less than a week, and the wow friendly persons will earn them in several hours!

Cecu and Anonie both have solid points, but it comes down to what you want and can do. I would recommend waiting for LoD for that free 90, but that's just me. Seem's like the easiest option.
