Didnt get my mounts with me : SOMEONE PLS HELP ME

Alright , i made a new account and move my 2 characters over there , both of them had lots of mounts , for example : raptor from old zq and white crusader horse and pureblood fire hawk and so on. But the mounts didnt follow with me only the foS. Should i make a ticket and tell about it ? i already made a ticket about the issue cause i want the mounts to follow with the right owners/obtainers. Help me

Mounts dont transfer over when you move characters, you get warned before you transfer

Mounts and Pets in the Journal are account-bound, and do not generally transfer when characters move to a different Battle.net account. The only exception is any pet or mount associated with a character-specific achievement, which should appear for that character on the new account. These are very rare.

He's right. It was put in place to stop people from selling mounts and pets easily.

Nope they wont do it unfortunately, then youll pretty much have 2 fresh accounts with heaps of rare mounts, So pretty much duped all those mounts. Thats why they wont

Doubt it. They are pretty strict with this stuff
