After reading this post, I went ahead and tried the website (cdkeyheaven.com) and bought a roc cd-key (I dont really care losing $9...) and Ive received it like an hour later and it worked on the blizzard account page and on battle.net, so I guess the site is legit afterall. Then I bought the TFT cd-key and he d2 cd-keys. What really convinced me to try it was their forum, they have a lot of good feedbacks overthere, check it out. ... Just my 2 cents, now back to dota.

Have anyone found any other cheaper website selling Warcraft 3 TFT cd-key for the english version? Anyway, I couldn't find any other website, so I bought a TFT from them two weeks ago and it worked all right on the registtration and had no problem since then. Now I'm looking to buy again but was wondering if anyone know a cheaper website?
