Invincible reins were ninja'd what to do?

I just joined a LK 25m HC raid via oQ. We killed the boss and during the fight he changed to loot master. The mount dropped and he ninja'd.

What can we do? He never said, that the mount is locked and in oQ he said "LOOT FFA"

But i dont know if that is enough... does he have to say "LOOT FFA" in the chat so blizzard can see it? or is oQ enough to get him punished?

Even if they did it in trade chat they wouldn't be punished

you have a chance to get it overturned since he changed it to master mid fight. But if the person is master looter they choose 100% how the loot is distributed. Nothing can be done if they are master looter.
