New RAF method ?

Hello,

An auction appeared on a polish auction site called Allegro, it offers new type or RAF which gives 32 days of gametime for 28 zlotys (7 euro). Apparently it works for POLAND where RAFs are normally locked b/c of polish law, also it works now even though Blizz apparently locked RAF system. One of my friends bought one for test and it atually works (let's see for how long), which seems wierd for me. Anyone has any info on this ? Did i miss something ?

I doubt anyone would ever release the method. Too publicly at least.
