On Thoks p2, he'll randomly Fixate on players, running after them untill he eventually catches up with one.
So, as a last resort, you can use abilities such as Feign Death to reset the Fixate.

Enjoy Might be good for those guilds trying to push 15+ Stacks on heroic.
