Talk to Other faction hack

Any working chat hax that exist now that allow you to talk and understand other factions?

All the old stuff is broken

Most developer's sought this as useless so none decided to update/re-make.

They fixed it server-side some time ago. Understanding other languages should work, think it's still client-side.

I think they fixed understanding others, but they didn't fix the talk in LANG_UNIVERSAL hack... So you can still talk with the other faction, but you can't understand what they're writing.
