Yeah I guess that is where I screwed up. I had both the same first and last name, same email, phone number, and secret question on the account. The actual account names were very similar also only difference was my main account had a few numbers added on.

Well I sent this email to them still waiting for a response tell me what yall think...

"Dear Blizzard Account Administration,

I still feel as if this situation was not properly handled. First I never received a warning, 3 hour suspension, or 72 hour suspension for scamming. Secondly the scam I committed was not even done on my account XXXXXXXXXX it was done on my account XXXXXXXXXX therefore it should be the account penalized. The gold I had made from the scam was just eventually sent to characters on my account XXXXXXXXXX. I also feel as if previous actions taken against my account XXXXXXXXXX for "gold" selling were false and issued without sufficient proof of me actually selling gold which in fact I was not doing. I have attempted to dispute this issue before but did not receive a response.

You will be losing a very valuable and loyal customer by not re-activating this account and I will cancel my subscription on all of my other accounts if this action is not reversed or another agreement is come to. Even if I was guilty of both of these accusations I feel as if my account should not be banned but simply be issued a 3 hour suspension at most according to the penalty volcano shown here. My first offense I was accused of was the "gold" selling so that should have been my warning my, and my second offense I was accused of the "scamming" offense which I should have received a 3 hour suspension for.

I realize in the World of Warcraft Term of Use I agreed that I am unable to sue Blizzard Entertainment over any disputes yet I do believe there are other legal actions that can be taken or loop holes in your World of Warcraft Term of Use which I will be asking my lawyer to review. Yet I would much prefer to reach some sort of informal negotiation to settle this matter instead of taking legal action. I feel a simple reconsideration of my account XXXXXXXXXX and revoking the ban currently placed on it would be sufficient. Or if that action cannot be taken a refund of my combined total of $59.98 that I spent on both World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft the Burning Crusade expansion pack would be sufficient. I would appreciate a response and the course you wish to take regarding this matter as soon as possible to avoid possible repercussions.

Dude, you just screwed up putting that up there. MMowned is looked at many times a day and I'm pretty sure they would find this and could use it against you.

No problem I am just here on mmowned to talk about WoW no harm in that is there? I don't think I ever agreed to not come to this site and post in the blizz eula if they would use me posting that against me id be even more pissed at blizz than I already am about that craptastic customer support and willingness to ban accounts.

If I dont get my account restored I am never going to throw another penny blizzards way on any game no matter how amazingly good it is. I think ill try out lotro or something idk. If anyone has any suggestions on other good mmo's currently out or coming out in the near future id love to hear about em.
