As sellers, how do we avoid PayPal scammers?

Yes, I searched the forum thoroughly and couldn't find any proper answer to this issue.

As a seller, you aggreed with a buyer, he sent you the money on PayPal, you gave him the golds, and then he complained about you to PayPal requested his money back.
PayPal needs some evidences to prove the trade. But since we are selling the intangible items in-game, how do we prove the trade to them? Theres nothing except Skype talks, but PayPal doesn't accept them. So need a good solution for now, and for the next trades.

Bitcoins are a virtual currency, atm one BTC is worth 137$, You need to download wallet and that person also has to have a wallet and BTC or to buy one, then he sends you you cash out and thats it.... Google bitcoins and thats it...
