Mistfall village nerfed?

I tried farming there for the first time today and it seems nerfed. Can anyone confirm this? I hate how they nerf the places where you can hand farm, their forcing people into bottling because its more profitable now and blizzard shouldn't want that. There's nothing wrong with bottling but when a gaming company basically encourages it by doing this I see a problem.

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe I remember reading that it was nerfed

EDIT: And they're not forcing people to bot. I'm definitely not rich on WoW by any means, but I make enough gold to afford flasks / gems / enchants / potions / etc by just playing normally. If I'm bored I'll go herb for 30 minutes or so, and with herbs selling for 50g/stack I can easily make 600 or so gold in that 30 minute time period, while never having to bot.
