Help! - Mouse Auto Clicker

Hello I've recently downloaded some Free Mouse Auto Clicker where minimalism was the best thing about it but the problem was that with it I had to install bunch of other programs which could possibly be some kind of mallware and it also caused my camera movement in-game lagg so I removed the program. Then I installed some other program but it was to complicated with bunch of options but at least didn't had extra programs to install and didn't lagged. So the thing I wanted to ask if can someone give me a link of a really good free mouse clicker which got the minimal options so it's easy to use, I basically need only to auto attack in WoW. Would be nice if someone could help me with this and provide me with the link or their own program, cheers!

Hey there Epicrisis and thanks for the fast reply. I've just tried it and I've got a problem. I'm playing on private server and I've just tried using my key - 1 (autto attack is on it) but it just spams it so I never hit. Is it possible to make it in some intervals, every 10 seconds to press the key - 1 to auto attack? Basically that's all I need. Please help me with this ^.^
