Transfering achievements, mounts, titles from an account to another

So, let's get straight to the point.
Me and my friend have 2 different accounts registered on different battle.net names and we want to do something so we can share every achievement, mount and title we have.
My questions is: Is there anything we can do to achieve what we purposed?

Simple answer: No this is not possible.

If you manage to name change one battle.net account, you can then transfer the WoW account from that battle.net account to the other one and then you should get all shared achievements/rewards.

The full name as far as I recall. Only character transfer requires only the last name.

Unless the name is a family member (say parents), or otherwise able to pull that off, they won't change it.
Some people started 8 years ago so using their parent names for the account then, and changing it to their full name now is acceptable and understood.

still blizzard may look into LICENSE registered name (this before battle net if this applies) which You cant change, since they do that to well known SoR accounts

I have a question, I have 2 battle net accounts. One has 3 wow accounts merged to it (one is cata expansion, one is vanilla capped twink account and one is mop beta account). The other battle net account is my main account with all my 90s that I play. If the Wow cata expanion account has swift zulian tiger and is under the name John Smith, can I merge that account (the one with 3 wow accounts) into my main account with all my 90s with the name Mark Smith? And if I can merge these 2 battle net accounts together or 2 wow accounts together, will I get the full achievemens and mounts from the triple wow battle net account and my main wow account thus getting my main account the swift zulian tiger and all the other goodies from 2006-2009?

This is a bit old, but I will summarize what I know and try to be helpful:

1. Account-wide achievements, titles, mounts are Battle.net-bound
1.1. This means that if you MOVE (Note: Battle.net accounts cannot be 'merged') a World of Warcraft account from one Battle.net account to another ONLY the character-bound mounts and titles (for example) will be transferred - e.g. rank1 arena titles, Gladiator mounts.

2. However, there are things which I am not sure of:

-Do Honorable Kills on the characters get stuck?
-Do achievements awarded for obtaining certain items get transferred?
-Does achievement progress get transferred?

3. Tip: If you want to do this, be nice to the GM you're talking with and acquire a lot of info, and if you eventually seem somewhat satisfied with what you can transfer (as we all have some alternative accounts with a lucky mount or two that never dropped on the main one), you may as well manage to beg for the transfer of Account-wide mounts/achievements as long as they are not MANY. Few of them, I bet they will agree to transfer for you for the sake of being nice and leaving you a happy customer!
