Achievement/Mounts/Titles "Duping" with SoR accounts

First of my real contribution here, so here we go!

Basically this is what happened to me, I have my own account, that I got all my stuff : my main, my gold, my achievements and so on;
this account is in very good standing (never been banned and stuff like that) but I wasn't happy with it because I missed a lot of the game content ie Vanilla and TBC, and I wanted some FoSs from them, so I bought an elite SoR account from one of the popular sellers here and attached it to my main account.

It had 3 Feats and it had some good vanity gear as well and I was happy with it.
But then I got a ban for "selling gold" from that account and after a live chat with the GM he noticed different names and locked that account and removed it from my original battle net.

I was pissed but then I noticed that under my achievements there still are achievements from the SoR account even though it is no longer on the same Battle.net!

Then I wanted to try something else:
I have an old account that is ready for SoR and attachment but it belongs to my best friend. Basically I am going to attach the SoR to my main battle.net and then my friend will attempt to recover that account, when it gets removed hopefully the account will have my achievements, mounts and so on

I know I know, it sais [NO THEORIES] but, this is just the other part of the exploit that I couldn't test out because i can't access my first SoR account (the removed one)

Tldr version:
If you got a SoR account attached with some achies and it gets removed, you won't lose achies on both accounts and therefor they will be duped.

But essentially yeah it will work. I have 2 bnet accounts. 1 was with all my mains/alts with 13k achievs. My other bnet account was brand new. Did a SoR on my main account and got a free 80 and it got all the usual achievs from main. Xfered the free 80 to new bnet account and all achievs got xfered.

Its not a theory it does work but it will unfortunately need a GM to do this.

Sorry not ALL achievs got xfered but most did.
Ones that didnt that I can remember are like the anniversaries and such

To be honest, I was botting on that account, thats why it got banned in the first place, when they banned me for gold selling I tried to appeal but then they removed the account.
Pretty much every achievement that is account wide will be duped including the learned mounts and titles
Like I said, I think it doesn't require a GM.

Also with this method you could get over the 8 game licences cap easily, meaning you got even higher chance of making your account even better


And about SoR accounts, I will PM you with my seller but you must know it is a gamble, you can purchase a elite 40+ months played account and get nothing (the owner deleted his character for example) and make sure you read the whole original post before you buy the SoR account, also read feedback there are some nice stories there as well

IIRC, to "patch" people from selling mounts and achieves etc with character transfers they made everything bound to b.net. So the first b.net its attached to will get to keep all the FoS's/mounts. If it get transferred off to another b.net it won't transfer any achieves or anything like that over with it. This is not 100%, just from memory.

That is strange because when I look up my characters that were banned I still see all the acievements.

Also I am 100% sure the original SoR account will get its original achies and also the first battle.net account will also. This is why I still have the FoSs on my main and yeah, the sor account also has them

How did you get it taken off your battle.net?

Similar thing happened to me but they said they wouldn't take it off until the original owner contacted them.


P.S. I also still have the old feats of strength etc. They did not remove them

It got taken off because a GM removed it on his own, HOWEVER, the second one got removed when my friend attempted to recover it, that's why it doesn't require a GM to do this exploit

When someone has to recover their account, they STILL have to call customer support to do it. You caint just reclaim your account from another bnet and have it xfereed to another bnet. Trust me, call customer support and ask they will tell you the same thing. Ive been trying to do something similar and they are very very anal about moving accounts around. And you cannot I say CANNOT move NO accounts without a CS or GM.

@ Traxex84 Yes the Achiev WILL get xfered, not all but I can 100% guarantee they do. Ive done it myself with a BRAND NEW Bnet account fresh no achievs. I got almost all my achievs BUT MOST of my mounts were NOT xfrerd.

Your friend just happened to have a pre-09 account staying there or just happened to guess the name on the SoR you bought.
Also, no matter what, this involves a GM. Your method is decent, but stop lying and trying to defend it as it NEEDS a GM.

Since he has loads of pre 09 accounts (he was holding a internet caffee back then) the sor account was his.
I am not going to argue about if this requires a GM, I say it doesn't, you say it does. It is up to the admin to decide

Are you on U.S. or EU servers? Because I think this hasnt been possible on US for a very long time now. You can only buy regular SOR accounts on US servers and they usually have nothing good on them. If this is US though, let me know and I'll definitely PM you about it. I have more than enough gold to buy any limited SOR account and I have wanted to try that for a very long time.

I am personally on EU, but US SoR accounts got a very high ban rate, not sure if you could do the complete dupe but you should be able to get the achievements if your SoR account contains any!
