Hi like 2-3 months ago was 10/10 acc banned on two different pcs,separate net providers,was wondering is my IP still fraget after this time anyone got ideas?

Im pretty sure you're safe, but it depends on the damage you did and this means how much gold you've sold. they are more concerned about ppls that shuffle milion of golds weekly

Easy fix, call your internet service provider and ask for a new IP address. If they say no for some odd reason (laziness) then cancel your service with them and use a different provider for one month, and go back if you want.

Or just change a digit or two in the mac address, within the router/modem w/e. The ISP will issue a new IP
