How does everyone make so much gold...

Lets just say I have 1 level 90 of each class and max professions of all now what exactly do I do to make the most amount of gold? Mostly without boring but with bottling is welcome too. I like to actively gold farm, like aoe warlock gold farm stuff

Just as Shameless iX said, but also with addons such as TSM and Auctioneer/Auctionator. A lot of the stuff I sell I buy, craft and resell higher.
