    Low FPS after re-installing?

    Basically I re-installed my windows 7 wiped all my shit. Now I'm only getting 40 FPS at max. I had 120+ before? Wut to do.

    have you tried turn it off and on again? ... lol... sorry.. have you updated graphic card diver etc?

    Maybe try the version you had before the format instead of the latest ones?
    Are you sure that you were playing on the exact same settings that you are currently on?

    I can't think of anything else for fps to drop - only an overheating issue, but that's not the case here since a format takes like 30mins max.
