WoW Elite sections

Hey guys, just want to know if the WoW Elite sections are still active. I want to donate but I'm not sure if there are any useful exploits/guides in the elite sections. I'm don't really use bots or something that would get me banned if I'm not careful so all I want is Guides about getting fast Gold or Exp Exploits which would help me level my toons etc. Basically almost everything that wouldn't get me banned!

Hard to say, elite guides = paid guides
elite exploits = bigger exploits.
You donate to contribute to the site, anyone found to be leaking stuff in elite = ban
