How massive gold sellers protect themselves

There are plenty of massive gold sellers out there and I'm curious how to they protect themselves. Besides not using paypal. There must be a simple way but it can't be such a big secret I'm rather sure.

Instead of paypal, use moneybookers.

Guess they have thousands of successful money transfers that will instantly outweigh the scam claims in their favour.
I do not see any way to prove anything via screenshots... all so easy to paint in few minutes.

Its either that or they are tossing a coin/bribe.
