Well, it's nothing different than your usual female character in her underwear, plus the ****ed up face.
Now, if you wanna see real tits, you'd have to have a female character with this kind of orb, an area which will transform you into a guy, and then you'll be able to see your character's tits.
And I'm not even sure if tits are modeled at all. Good luck.

I don't think it's possible. I've tried netherwing ledge (the zone that turns you into a fel orc if you're on the quest), used the orb and turned into a male blood elf, then hearthstoned to shrine of seven stars. When I zoned in I had 2 orb buffs on and was a female blood elf. I removed one, turned into a male blood elf, then removed the other and I was human female again. Removed my shirt and still had my bra on, to my disappointment.

I'm trying to think of other areas or quests to try.

I thought of that zone too, but didn't test it out myself.

Anyways, I have another theory.
Transporter Malfunction - Spell - World of Warcraft

That spell apparently changes your gender, so try that out.
And even if that doesn't work, try entering the CoT with that buff on, and then activating the orb.

My computer used to bug the f out whenever i used to do a dungeon(legit it was a piece of poo) and it would almost render and change the game files because it couldn't ever load anything. Long story short i was doing one of the water instances during BC and playing with a female character, i did not see tits but i did see her with no clothes on. It was like i had the x-ray specs on roids and i was 11 so it was a big deal haha.

That was also BC and you never know with all these blizz nerds so GL lookin ppl.
edit: so different story shorter, you can see women in wow with no bras like its possible, But pretty sure tits are not in game.

A while after reading this thread I found this tabard: No Tabard - Item - World of Warcraft
If you look in the 3d model viewer of this tabard, you will be able to see the female models without the bra, for those who were curious
