question about Unmerged Account

i got a few question here.

So i want a fast lvl 80 char, is it best to buy a unmerged account and merge it to your BNET acc to get that free lvl 80 char?

how do this work?

i still don't really understand how this unmerged acc work with the main BNET acc.
Do i have to pay for both account to active?
I can transfer that lvl 80 to my acc for free?
what's with the banning thing? If i never bot or anything, whats the risk of being ban for buying that unmerged acc?

You just basically Scroll of resurrect yourself via your own bnet email -> since the account wasn't merged into bnet, it'll be free ranged to be added to your bnet -> granted it the SoR and you get a free 80

things to keep in mind:

- Costs $25 to move that 80 to your main account so you don't have to pay for two accounts
- You still have to buy all panda land expansion
- You still have to pay gametime on that new account after the 10 days free ends

if my main reason is just for that one 80 char, $15+$25 for the 80 char. once the char is being transfer to my main acc, i still have to buy another expansion like MoP for that char?
and what is that 'free 1 level 80 char'. how do i get that?

Read what Scroll of Resurrection is, not to be rude but it explains it perfectly well. You're getting an old "hacked" account from before accounts had to be merged into Battle.net.
