Battle.net name change??

I bought and account from eBay and was wondering is there any way I can change the battle.net name so that I could trade the character over to my account. Thanks

there are services on here but not sure if they are cheep xgamerx is one them.

No this is generally not possible. The only way to do it is to buy a fake ID with the name of the person on the account so that you can verify that you are that person.

xgamerx is not allowed to sell name change services until all of his disputes are resolved.

Well from what I have done I assume that this is possible. However you would run into future problems if the person were to try and recall the character by providing the ID of the OO and stating that they did not authorize the name change or the character transfer.
