Make a Bugged Item non bugged?

an guy will send me Magic Rooster egg for 140k and swift spectral tiger for 160k via COD.Im 100% its bugged but i ask me something.If its realy bugged and i can´t use it,could i delete it and restore over battle.net to make it non bugged?

I don´t know if you can COD over 10k,but i will see if the mail arives.But maybe its possible that the bugged item doesn´t appear in the item restoration from battle.net.That makes me a little bit fear^^
