Charge-backs on WoW account, anyway around this?

So, i've played WoW on this account for about 6 years and it has chargebacks (wtf) ill add a screen shot of what i mean.

But, a GM told me i could get my mounts off that account onto my new account if i transferred it onto the battle.net account with the chargebacks.

It didnt work, what a ****ing dickhead he wasted my time and there effort.

Aparently i need to log in to make the mounts be shared but i cant do that because i have the chargebacks.

I cant pay the chargebacks.... is there any way i could get the mount to be shared across the whole battle.net account?
