"Free" Character Transfer?

I've heard that there is an option how to transfer you character almost for "free". The thing is to pay your character transfer and wait until the process is completed, then you will contact blizzard and tell them sth. like that you were transfered to wrong realm and you want to cancel the transfer - they should refund you and transfer you back to your main realm. Does it works like that, does anybody know? Thank you for your help

They will move your character back... If they have any problems with the money they move your character back and sometime lock your account. If you are on a top realm sometimes you can get a free character transfer to a low pop realm.

After you transfer, you have 3 days to put in a ticket and get it reversed (and your money refunded).
So yes, you could transfer to a different realm, dump your heirlooms, then request a transfer back

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to hear, anyway...could I also use this method for transfering items cross realm? For example: I'll be transfered to another realm, then I will sell there some stuff obtained from my main realm and then I will be transfered back - are they going to remove the items, or how does it works?

If I was blizzard I'd revert changes or ban you for that. But thats just me I'd also commit suicide if I was Blizzard.

Can i transfer with gold and buy spectral + other mounts and refund transfer? Did someone did this before?
