[Exploit Theory] Lovley Charmbands +Infinite King Quest

Hey guys - i discovered somethin weired..
A guy traded me the Quest item for the Quest: A gift for the king!

So the weired part is:
When he traded them to me , i got in yellow " Lovely Charmband 1/1" 6 times in a row.

I thought: okay - could be a bug since i am getting all at the same time..
He did it again and again (was buying 60 of it) and then everytime this writings came up, even the quest is marked as completed.

I think with a macro for turning in, lag and auto-abandon could finish this to an working exploit.

tried some different ways already but couldn´t figure it out. thats why i am posting this as Theory , maybe someone else finds they key.
